TAWELFA

This porch was designed to enrich a simple front and give the house a new tone and character.
Constructed out of air dried oak with mortice and tenon joints fixed by draw pegs.




NANT FAWR

This old farm house has a lot of character and the new porch was designed to add to this character but not compete with it, with just enough detailing for interest but not too much to be fussy. It is made from green oak with mortice and tenon joints fixed by draw pegs.


Dewis Dyddyn

I used an old sepia photograph of the house to help recreate a porch that it previously had. There were still some marks in the plaster where the old roof had been which gave me the height and pitch of the porch.
